As already said, Manu Chau was a member of Mano Negra.

Manu Chao's solo albums "Clandestino" and "Próxima Estación Esperenza" came AFTER this Mano Negra song
Manu Chau recycles music and lyrics a LOT. IIRC there are at least 2 Manu Chau songs with similar "King of bongo" lyrics.

Can you tell us why you dislike Mano Negra that much ? Their use of Spanish language ?

Yes, Manu Chao is part of Mano Negra band. He is the lead singer among other participations.
