They tour only if Charlie says okay. They've also said they tour cause otherwise they miss him. And, this song is the anti-Sympathy. Think "Yeah, Oh Yeah" vs. "Whoo-hoo" in Sympathy for the Devil. This IS a great song, and has a cool melody. Sure it's not their best work, but you can't hold them to such a high standard, or you will always be disappointed.
