When I was in my second year of graduate school, we had a set of enormous, daunting, terrifying exams.  I was scared out of my mind when they came up, and when I took them, I was pretty sure I had failed.

Long story short, it turned out that I was wrong, and I passed.  When I found that out, the first thing I did was get into my car and play this song (I'm not sure why).  Because of this, it's inextricably linked in my mind with one of the very happiest moments of my life, and I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy / relief when I hear it years later.

So nice to share this with us! And yes, I feel the overwhelming sense of joy!

Something about that voice--those whistles. This is one of my all time least favorite songs.

Ain't no way to listen to this tune without turning up the volume, tapping your feet and sort of shaking/bobbing back and forth. Great song!{#Bananapiano} {#Dancingbanana} {#Bananajam}

These people have something going on musically.  Different, very world beat and it grows on me.  I just upped my rating from 7 to 8.

Too bad it's an Enterprise rent-a-car jingle, but this album in particular has depth and great production values.  Pittsburgh pride and now some of the principals in the band run a nice church turned live music venue in the Burgh.

Another band that is much better on stage with an audience than in the studio.  Nothing against their records, but this is an act to see and experience, more than a band to collect their CDs.
