In dutch it means "too be horny" too, but it doesn't mean 'cool' or 'awesome'. We laugh a little when we here germans use this slang. ;-)

I totally agree with you. My brother is a classically trained musician and he always says that although he's not a big fan of the band, he has an appreciation for their music because from a music theory standpoint, there is a lot of layering and complexity in it. I don't know beans about music theory, so I'll take his word for it.
