I've always loved how the organ, the guitar, and the vocals of this band are TOTALLY CRANKED on this wild and crazy ride of a song!

Maybe the best rock & roll song ever recorded. It has all the elements and energy. My band still plays it and gets a great reaction evey time. They are still touring and Kay's quality of sound is better than anybody that I've heard lately.

Just get into the bass line, and work from there. One of the great anthems of rock.

not that this is bad by any means, but definitely way overplayed everywhere - I would love to hear some of their non-hit-single tracks though... "Dont Step on the Grass, Sam" "Disappointment Number (Unknown)" --- actually just about anything else off of Steppenwolf The Second would be fantastic!

I'm pretty well burned out on this song, but I didn't have the heart to give it any less than an 8. "Booooooorn to be wiiiiiiiiiiild...."

Ok. another guilty pleasure. i didn't comment on my unintellectual sneaky nostalgic glee at hearing Billy Idol (the good thing is i only hear him a very little bit on RP) - but this was old even when i was younger, and i still liked it...
