I didn't say that this song constituted "musicianship".  All songs need not be examples of musicianship - most of the popular music catalog probably is not.

Take out the word "mindless" and the answer is yes. It's the mindfulness that makes musicianship, not the instrument. You can strum a guitar as mindlessly as any sequencer, or squeeze an accordion.

I'm curious about the cover art. Many of those building are obvious, a few are not and a few I recognize but can't name. Someone want to correct my list or fill in the blanks:

12:00 - Eiffel Tower
