You can dance, you can jive
Having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene
Diggin' the dancing queen
Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for a place to go
Where they play the right music, getting in the swing
You come to look for a king
Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music's high
With a bit of rock music, everything is fine
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance
You are the dancing queen
Young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen
Feel the beat from the tambourine, oh yeah
You can dance, you can jive
Having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene
Diggin' the dancing queen
You're a teaser, you turn 'em on
Leave 'em burning and then you're gone
Looking out for another, anyone will do
You're in the mood for a dance, for a dance, for a dance
And when you get the chance
You are the dancing queen
Young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen
Feel the beat from the tambourine, oh yeah
You are the dancing queen
Young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen
Feel the beat from the tambourine, oh yeah
See that girl, watch that scene
See that girl, diggin' the dancing queen
See that girl, watch that scene
See that girl, diggin' the dancing queen
See that girl, watch that scene
See that girl, diggin' the dancing queen
See that girl, watch that scene
See that girl, diggin' the dancing queen... ''(fade)''

Keeps things more interesting, IMHO :-) Thank you Bill, for changing the album title. Please forgive me for over-reacting. Please also understand that I was not questioning your MUSICAL judgment. Your musical judgment is why I come here, and I am not worthy to question that. Whether I like a particular song or not, the blend of music that you create here is the most sophisticated, eclectic mix of music that I have ever or perhaps will ever hear. |

I for one am a secret closet ABBA freak, so it suits me fine that this gets played sparingly and irks a good percentage of you. Well done!

I rated it a 1. I momentarily hesitated -- is it really that bad, or do I just hate it? -- but then I went ahead, not only to express my dislike but also to stress my profound desire to never, ever, ever hear this song on RP again. |
