Proclivities...thanks for the laugh. No proverb that means such...but feel there should be.

After living several years in Burundi, I also think that the drums and the voice sounds made by the people of Burundi.

Half the fun of logging in to RP is to read the listener comments for some of the less-than-stellar items on the playlist. I wonder if B and R include these "gems" to read what people will post about them.

Ok, if the theory of plate tectonics states that at one time the continents were all one does that mean that plate tectonics started at that time or were they all separated into differently formed continents before and then came together only to separate again?

This is why the physical location of continents has no relevance to any political correct modern philosophy as alluded to so often.

People need to sometimes think things through and not just stop when it suits their agendas.

All being one in human condition has nothing to do with physical location.

Thank you RP for those two "world" music selections. I have both of these artists in my collection (Pangea and Deep Forest) and they coexist right along my love of The Who, Jethro Tull, Santana, Frou Frou...

Nice to see I'm not the only one who appreciates the diversity

An interesting worldbeat track. The AMG Artist Info link is kinda funny, though. For Similar/Related albums they list Dave Brubeck, Jackson Browne, Bananarama, and Perry Como, among others.

You know I was just going to come here and say that this band is like Dave Brubeck meets Jackson Browne meets Bananarama meets Perry Como. What a coincidence.
