10,10,10,10,10,10....I still have this on my MP3, still sing to it in the car, and still love its wonderful memory tug, "monday, I got friday on my mind..."  oh yeah...still holds true.

Wonderful interplay of notes on that opening guitar riff. Lotsa great energy in this one and have loved it since it first came out in the 60's.

In case anyone was wondering, this song is from the album "Soundtrack of Jade's Life", circa 1966.

I am still here and still rockin'!

Hear, hear!

(And some tracks from Todd's Rundgren's "Faithful" albumn would also be nice . . . . )

Genuinely surprised this is only garnering a 7. Sounds pretty ahead of its time, and I'm loving the chord progression.

Well that takes me back a year or two! And just in case there's some confusion the Easybeats version was the original, written by  Vanda & Young and recorded in 1966, covered subsequently by everyman and his dog.

Been years since I heard this.
I used to listen to a classic rock station that was privately owned in LaRose, LA
they played the classic stuff not overplayed on the other classic stations.
They changed to cajun music and I lost the only good classic station around.
At least the good New Rock/Alternative station has escaped the grips of ClearChannel.
If only RP was on XM...... <-o<
