Moonshine, waiting for a love that never comes
Moonshine, wish it were a time that never was
Waiting for a time, the truth to call
Waiting for a sign, show me all
Waiting for my love
Moonshine, drinking to a love that's gone on by
Moonshine, looking to the stars as cars go by
Waiting for a time, truth to call
Waiting for a sign, show me all
Waiting for a love
Waiting for a time, truth to call
Waiting for a sign, show me all
Waiting for a love
Waiting for a love
Waiting for my love
Waiting for my love
Moonshine, waiting for a love that never comes

| gomez (Bologna) | Posted: Mar 14, 2003 - 12:55 I know Crimson's Moonchild is really better than this track, but it's a shame that a song like this has a so low average, when there's so much rubbish around to throw away. :???: |
| Dave_Mack (Saratoga, CA) | Posted: Feb 03, 2003 - 15:07 Guitar is nice, but it seems like the guy is intentionally singing poorly. Or maybe that's the best he can do, and the band is contractually obliged to let him sing one of the songs. |
| (8?» (ø³) | Posted: Jan 24, 2003 - 10:07 I think I lower my rating everytime I hear this .... song? I'm hoping by the time I get down to 1, it will be the last broadcast. Not my kinda whine. |

Sorry to be disagreeable, but I disagree. To the bands credit they have tried to do the song differently, which they have. Unfortunately its not a patch on the original. |
| Nikk0 (France) | Posted: Jan 10, 2003 - 06:17 Easilly my favorite track off of The Last Broadcast. I didn't know it was a cover, but regardless, it's the only track that I normally play (at least) twice. Sorry Kevin ;) |
| qosforever (Madrid) | Posted: Dec 16, 2002 - 03:51 This song is gore :( |
| kevinc (Richardson, TX) | Posted: Dec 10, 2002 - 15:17 Easilly my least favorite track off of The Last Broadcast. I didn't know it was a cover, but regardless, it's the only track that I normally pass over. Kevin |
| amcallis ((2000 miles due East of RP) Champaign, IL) | Posted: Dec 07, 2002 - 10:21 this has to be a DJ favorite - it gets played everytime I listen, i think |
| ChipStewart (Gaithersburg, MD (2769.18 miles from Paradise)) | Posted: Dec 04, 2002 - 07:38 The distorted vocals pay a decent tribute to the King Crimson original, but I think Crimson sets the mood better. This is just a little too fast. Would love to hear more Crimson (either early or late) - their stuff was WAY ahead of their time. I like the Doves, but they seem to be on heavy rotation here. |

| justlistening (Irvine, CA) | Posted: Sep 26, 2002 - 20:25 Stop singing, she/he might come to you (I like other stuff from the doves, but this just sounds sloppy to me) |
| serene23 (Los Angeles, CA) | Posted: Sep 19, 2002 - 14:27 Great song, great album...keep playin them, they deserve recognition. ![]() |
