I recognized this Joe Jackson sample too - in fact, it was so close for a minute there that I thought this WAS "Cha Cha Loco."

(Useless trivia: I choreographed and performed a little routine to "Cha Cha Loco" for my Modern Dance class final project in college... ages ago!)
