Not understanding the hate for this song here.  If it wasn't overplayed on FM...would you still not like it? 
Perhaps it came out at that special time for me, my late teenage years. While the world was going through some major changes. Some how, the future didn't seem as scary as Mutually Assured Destruction.

I'm confused. Everyone freaks out when Abba's Fernando is played after Jenny Lewis, but this is ok??? I just don't get it. I'd take Abba any day over this. I guess I'm in the minority as usual.....

I love how even the critics on RP manage to present their case with such eloquence and humour. I admit that the Scorpions is not what I would have expected but I agree with California's Whispering Bob Harris that this song really evokes memories of a changing time, fall of the Berlin Wall etc.

I was 'into' this band about then, but probably haven't listened to them, Asia or even Magnum since.

i had to double check to see that i was still on radioparadise... the music selections here are certainly surprising at times.  i like some scorpions songs (the zoo, holiday, no one like you...), but this isn't a fav.  i honestly don't know how to rate this... hmm.
