Burning Up lyrics
The lights in all the cities have now gone
Restless hearts and minds are moving on
Baby take the best escape for all
Don't know if I'm coming back for more
Burning up again
I found my only friend
Burning up again
I found my only friend
Got to feel inside the orange sun
No hold on the borders till it's fun.
Race to please you if you start to roll,
Vanity and time will rape my soul.
Burning up again
I found my only friend
Burning up again
I found my only friend
Burning up again
I found my only friend
Burning up again
I found my only friend

| coloradojohn (Tokyo till Jan. 29, then it's back to Rocky Mtn Way!) | Posted: Dec 31, 2011 - 04:26 This slithery track, "Snow Patrol," and "Hotel Parallel" are very hip and hypno-tech atmospheric, and "Carbon Kid" just jams way beyond belief (with Brian Molko from Placebo doing some absolutely screaming vokes!)... Always loved this, and thanks to RP for turning me onto it! aspicer wrote: Great stuff! Never heard this or of them before. How is the album? Anyone know... |

| Byronape (Purgatory) | Posted: Apr 06, 2011 - 14:03 I'm hearing some Bowie in the vocal track. Layered on top of a simple yet effective beat and musical effects, it makes a really good song. 8/10 Edit: Ok, it isn't a complicated song really, but I love it. It's catchy without being overly poppish, has just enough going on in it to give it some depth, and simple enough that I don't have to steep (like the world's nastiest tea bag) in it before understanding it. |
