I really enjoyed many of the cuts from "Exciter." They gained a different following when "Dream On" was getting airplay, but that's really the only song like it on the album, which is not a bad thing, IMHO. I tried uploading one or two to RP, but they didn't get accepted. If you like DM, then it's worth having "Exciter" in your music collection.

The quality of my afternoon just shot up 100 fold. Thank you whoever uploaded this!! I hadn't even realized how much RP needed more Depeche. And great to hear something recent, not just a "classic."

OK, so Depeche Mode have proved that they can pass themselves off as Pink Floyd. The point of all this being what, exactly? :?:

This is a very underated album from DP, by the time of it's release all the suicidal kids were grown up so it didn't sell.

FYI, Maryland is the Free State.

HA! I was about to comment how much these guys sound like Depeche Mode

These guys are icons, at one point I had every CD they produced. And yet I never committed suicide!

Not the best DM song I've ever heard, but I can tolerate it.
