I have midnight blue & lime green Nikes... & I like 'em.

Listen, any guy who pays close attention to what a woman is wearing and then writes & sings about it is o.k. in my book.

Lose the tux, Rod! You were once great, but now only pseudo sweet, like saccharine.

Funny that you should mention the Rod Stewart thing...

At an acoustic Show in New York 2 years ago Kelly Jones the singer told the crowd that a lot of people tell him that he sounds like Rod & as a joke he played a cheesy Rod Stewart Song...

Pretty funny stuff..

If only the "singer" had taken more cough syrup before coming into the studio. Bob Dylan's voice is pleasanter. I have to mute this boring, irritating selection. Maybe the "singer" will lose his voice forever and all copies of this will spontaneously combust.

Stereophonics' cover of 'Handbags and Gladrags' sounds more like Rod Stewart than Stewart himself. The Radio One morning DJ in Dubai was guaranteed to play either Rod or Stereophonics at least once an hour, and I can't say I didn't enjoy it, though maybe I'm a bit ashamed of enjoying Rod's sappier stuff.

Tell me about it. I've been hearing it on Virgin UK online radio and it's stuck in my head like burning oil. Not the most cheerful song on earth to have on your mind when you're trying to work out. GOOD song, though...
