Hmmmm. I don't much like Bjork. She is so cutesy sometimes that it makes me nauseous.
On the other hand, I cannot deny that I like this song and consider it valid art.

No, it's quite resistable ... mannered, tiresome, irritating.  I think I'd rather she stuck to Icelandic ...

One of my best friends, a man with otherwise excellent taste in music, art, literature, etc, loves Bjork and puts her on every time I go to have dinner with him and his partner. It's a running gag now: "No, dude, anything but that . . . "

Her voice, for whatever reason, is irritating to me. But, hey, at least it's not rap.

Mute is a "trope" now, is it...not a "meme"....gotta work harder at figuring out what you all are going on about. Seriously, if you don't like it, mute it and move on to the next tune. I don't really need to share your "trope" any more than I care about the state of your sound card.

Amazing how narrow is the range of expression tolerated by far too many listeners here. As it happens I really like this song and much of the CD, but many of your comments are basically attacks on the person for your lack of appreciation of her music. My only hope is that in your daily lives, you honor the efforts of those with whom you disagree without taking similar positions. Absolutey bam23, Bjork-Joga is why I'm here most days, trying to expand my library of great music of many, many genres. Ok except a couple, that thank goodness don't play well here:rap music(though give me soul music all day long) or country and western.
