My dad put this on his Empire turntable, playing through AR2ax speakers in our family room in 1961 and then he took out his horn and played along with Miles. I was hooked forever and still consider this one of the greatest albums ever recorded. Still think of my dad, who died in 1990, every time I hear this. |
