oh come on, they were extremely high on a variety of drugs when they did all that stuff...and it's partially fictionalized anyway. i can still dig the music.

As someone who has lived in both the UK and Australia, IMHO the phrase is much more prevalent in the UK than Australia.

And the first phrase I learned here was 'no worries'.
