Funny you should say that... he actually doesn't play in key the whole time.  It's about in the end of his second part... shortly before the part that he completely runs out of ideas and just starts making noise.

I don't really hear too much Luna on RP.  Though if this one is played more than others, I would love to hear other songs from them.  I like everything from this band, especially songs where you can really hear the guitar.
