The rating "Godlike" was MADE for this song.

If only it sounded as good here as it does from a good LP... This is analogue at its best.

Amazing how, every time I hear this song, my brain recalls the sights, smells, colors of the basement in the house I grew up in.
You would think that after 40 + years the memories would fade!!

This album will still get frequently listened to long after most of us are gone.....{#Cheers}

I'm sorry but how does it deserve a 9.1? It's constantly the chorus over and over and over... Definitely a very weak one by a band that did waaaaaaaaaaay better than this....

No, no! It deserves ALL those ratings.  I sing it in shower, the dog howls along, and she rates it a 10 too.  {#Dancingbanana_2}

Have you heard the 'lost guitar solo' for Here Comes the Sun?  Saw this video recently of Dhani Harrison hearing it for the first time. Amazing stuff.

This song is just wonderful and from what I consider to be the gold standard rock medley (for those who don't agree, that's okay, the world is full of beautiful music and there's enough to go around).  In fact, the whole album is my all time #1 favorite, so much so in fact, that every time I hear something from it, I am filled with amazement at just how good it was and remains.  Sadly, each of those "eargasms" tears a tiny hole in my heart, because I know that no matter how much I wish for more from the Beatles, it's all done, that's all we get — sniff.  {#Sunny}

I can't believe I didn't rate this song earlier! So, okay - 10.  Easily.  I can hear this song and automatically grin, no matter what's going on around me.  George Harrison has always been, and will always be, my favorite Beatle.

My standard for a perfect 10 is "In My Life" so this gets a 9.  Still, not too shabby.

I looove this song so much although it's a bit bittersweet... played it at my mom's burial.  Kind of good timing for hearing this since yesterday was the 16th anniversary of her passing.  It always makes me tear up a little.  But what a beautiful melody.
