Did this dude really use the words "syncopation" and "lyrical ease" in defending the Arctic Monkeys? Stuff the music critic parlance in the hamper with your dirty socks, bud...all I'm hearing from these guys are mediocre Strokes' b-sides. Never mind syncopation...people either like them or they don't...and judging from the comments on this board, they don't! Which is just fine, because any band that gets this big this fast is bound to fall from glory soon anyways (See: Oasis). |

You can say that you don't like them. You can call them a bunch of apes. But to say that what they express is not even music clearly shows that you are narrow minded and quite bluntly, ignorant! This is a radio station, and radio stations play MUSIC.  |
