Well, I have the right, I think. And anybody else.
But if I do so, who can tell, if I AM right?
Yes, anybody as well, nobody as well!

and about shallow - I dont believe that as well.
I´d more suspect too much deepness - and some anxiety of that?
(so now I took my right and may be wrong)
The song is rough.
Well done.
Like it!

Well

This song to me defines the Cranberries. The song itself is a powerful message, and though I am not prone to emotional outbursts it does 'affect' me. Secondly, the music fits the power of the message. To say I like this is understatement.

All this made me want to do is listen to the non-acoustic version... which I'm now doing on YouTube.

Thank you, vandal... I"m still trying to understand and/or like this particular song, but it's just not happening yet. I can appreciate the passion in the vocals, and the mastery of the instrumentals, so I guess that's as far as I can progress for now. I'd hug you, but how would THAT be interpreted, however innocent it might be?  Meanwhile, it's time to light incense, watch the sunset, and prepare for another day. You are a little bit amazing.  I hope you'll carry it with you, because it's all I can offer.

"flipping-over" of the voice, in English, is known as "yodeling"

I pulled this up because I actually like it.
I like any Cranberries song EXCEPT Lingerrrrrrrr because I was living in their hometown of Limerick the month that came out, and the local stations played it every...third...song.  I missed a dinner with my host brother they came to, so i *almost* got to meet them. wow.

Anyway, awesome city, awesome group and album (-1). but i get it. she yodels.

To me it's especially the "flipping-over" of her voice (damn, don't know the English word for it) that makes it even worse... If you do that, you better be sure to do it in tune, but every time she "flips-over" her voice she goes a couple of notes too high.....

That's so bad it's not even funny.... Poor woman, if she'd only understand... {#Lol}
