She probably has one of the top female voices right now—-mmmmm, purty.
I have heard some of the Canadian cover songs album, and it is, as someone here pointed out, really excellent.

I caught the same show in Concord, CA...kd was indeed warm, funny, and melted the audience...Lyle was incredible, too. It was a very fine night of music, just wish that kd was the headliner
