It sounds as though you expect hard rockin' bands to be totally one-dimensional, with one emotional level all the time. Which, to put it very rudely, is stupid.

Point taken, but do you really like the song or are you just defending FF right to have a clunker if the album is good?

"stupid" ? wow, that hurt.

This song is more grating with each listen... I drop it a rating point each time i hear it. I started it at 9. Foo Fighters havent been relevant in quite a few years...

you know, with all the great songs Foo Fighters have had over the years, why the hell do you insist on playing this dog over and over, day in and day out?

what if...

You know being a great drummer is a wonderful thing. Too bad Grohl didn't stick to drumming, he's a monster drummer.

Yeah. I agree. I don't think it has been played more than some others. But it's the type of song that gets REAL old fast. Where is Sufjan Stevens when you really need him?

I rarely post any "geez I've heard this song too many times" whiny posts... but, I have to agree with creativebones. Feels like this has been on endless rotation lately. It's a good song, but overplay can add that stink to even the best song! Enough already. Bill, please it on the "bring it back in a few months" list (is there one?)

This is really good..something that I did not expect from Dave.He is a good singer,I don't care for the screaming song's from the Foo's.What's funny this guy is on the cover of Acoustic Guitar mag.for the August issue. He's more than a drummer obviously...
