Oh, hell - I don't want perfection! I like this song. It just has me grinning - so infectious and cheerfully-defiant.  It touches a chord in me - the one that can make me forget about all the world's woes and my personal problems. How the heck did Camera Obscura find that darned chord, when I've been looking for it all my life?  Dance?  Yep, don't mind if I do... {#Dancingbanana}

With the volume level sits like 'background music, but quite noticeable" I can't help hearing she sometimes sings off-key.
That bothers me, actually. Maybe if they spend just a bit longer in the studio.....

Edit: oops, sorry, I mixed up the album title and band name. Maybe you've got a point, as this pair sound like schoolgirls singing in a bedroom.

You say that like it's a bad thing.  I like this band, though this is not their best.  I'm glad that there are still good bands coming out of Glasgow.

Reminds me of Belle & Sebastian, and I like that.

Listening as I type away on my laptop here in bed, and I couldn't decide if I liked this song or if it gave me the same vague sense of annoyance that the Moldy Peaches do. Clicked onto the site and saw their album cover and the sense of annoyance was no longer vague. Oh you hipsters!

Miserable trolls like you are why killfiles were invented, but sadly we can't use them on this forum. Pity.

If you don’t like this cover don’t look at their “Lets Get Out of This Country” album.
