I rather like this (it's in my RP Favorites playlist) and don't find the lietmotif orchestral hits to be that annoying, although I can easily see how they could be! :-)

I'm giving it a solid "1"  I always regarded the terminology of the rating category "Sucko-Barfo" as in questionable taste but it certainly applies here, brothers.

Amazing how songs get a special life here on RP. 
I am sure, if I hear this song on a Goldfrapp record, it will not stand out this much as it does here in Bill's collection.
This like chemistry. It's not just the ingredients. It's also temperature and environment.
