Let's take a drive through the old town
Back past the place where we met
Some things are hard to remember
Some things you'll never forget
Let's take a walk down your old street
Who lives in your house today?
Let's see if we can remember
All of the vows that we made
Kisses you gave me
The vows you made me
None of these things have changed...
Nothing's changed
Nothing's changed
Young lover's stand in the showroom
New lovers taking our place
And though you're gone I remember
And I can still see your face
Kisses you gave me
The vows you made me
None of these things have changed...
Nothing's changed
Nothing's changed

| kingart (Brooklyn NY) | Posted: Jan 03, 2013 - 10:14 Nice music. But does he do straight up rock and roll? Every Isaak song I hear he's moaning about lost love or broken hearts or cheating women or they did a bad bad thing. Is this the sum total of his catalogue? Maybe he can do self-therapy on his own time. |

Funny thing is that this album features him mostly on a Fender Strat, which is why he sounds so much like Knopfler, who played a Strat almost exclusively in his early years. |

| trekhead (Under The Tree) | Posted: Dec 10, 2008 - 06:08 Just bought Mr. Isaak's Christmas album. Does a real good job on The Christmas Song, 'Have yourself...' This is an 8 btw. |
