And, I've finally made it official. Laid my dollars down, few as they are. At least I'm givin' a little, for all that I get.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!!!!! Since hearing these guys for the first time on RP in about 2008, they have climbed to the top of my little music ladder and it will take a herculean band to dislodge them.

The simplicity of this album cover design is cool. Good tune too. The unison octave vocals are a unique touch.

Great band.  Great record.  Saw them live at Malkin Bowl in Vancouver's beautiful Stanley Park.  Great live show.  Don't be fooled by this mellow tune - these dudes seriously ROCK!

You might be right.  I will say this after watch a tribute to the Who on the Paladum channel, several band played
who songs, the best was Pearl Jam.  But when the Who came on and played they sounded so much better than
then anyone else.  I was never a big Who fan, too young, but those guys are 60 plus years old and they sound just
as good as they did when they were at their peak.  I like it that their music is used as CSI's theme songs, I think it
has introduced a whole new generation to their music.  Which lets face still sounds really good.

Bad night, I think. I saw or read about an interview with one of the band members. There were issues with the sound crew, from what I understand.

Aside from that, this is an excellent cd...

I am a big Tom P. fan, but if his happy trip back in time with his old band is getting your creative juices flowing, I can see why TVOTR doesn't float your boat.  But it sure as hell floats mine.  Too each his own. That's why I love RP

Sounds a lot like that one New Pornographers song. I kept hearing that parallel in my head while this was played, which makes it difficult to appreciate this song.
