Neighbor/rental handyman heard this and said "Wow, ain't heard this in years. What station did you say this was?"

Same here. I've grooved to this song since the first time I heard it in 1977. A couple of my hard rock friends gave grief back then (17 and perfect don't you know). It didn't matter.
