Don't rate it too bad - sometimes different musical cultures develop different sounds and song structures based on their experience and emotions. 

This is what the musicians did in this song, too.

And thanks to Bill we get the great chance to open our mind to songs we maybe might never get to hear. So if you don't like them doesn't mean the songs are bad - you just don't fully understand it.

So please be fair.
