I love the honesty and personal touch of this whole album. It totally grabs me with it's emotional strip tease.

Wow I haven't heard such a blatant rip on Bob Dylan's Tangled Up in Blue riff since Hootie and the Blowfish.

I have re-discovered Indigo Girls... and this CD is on my list of music to buy (no, not THAT list - this is a NEW list!)  They have a way of putting my feet back on the ground and helping me to remember the simple pleasures of life. (The idea of packing a cooler and a two-day suitcase and just driving into the country seems awfully good to me lately.)

Here's what I found about compromise,
Don't do it if it hurts inside.
'Cause either way you're screwed.
Eventually you'll find
That you may as well feel good
You may as well have some pride.

Ah...today Indigo Girls get the distinct honor of following Bob Dylan. Instant high score from me. A breath of fresh air in the slums! Thank you Indigos. This song does segue well after the previous one. Then again...any does.
