If the average song is 4 minutes, that means 360ish songs per day (24 hours) on RP, so 4 PG songs is about .01% of the total songs....still to much?  :)

Seriously, first time hearing this and I really like it....always loved his voice (I know it is grating to others).

Absolutely correct - The other track is "Burn You Up, Burn You Down".  I prefer that one of the two but, most Gabriel is good Gabriel!  Scored a '7'.

Of all the comments about this song, this is the one that really resonates. Gabriel's voice is always heavily processed, but the result gives me goosebumps too. The song itself, as others have said, is a big generic compared to his other work. But Gabriel's work is always above average (even for RP). 7.

Yet another previously unheard (by me) amazing track by one of my favorite artists.  I love it!  Thanks for the upload to whoever is responsible, and if you're not a fan of PG, get over yourself.  There are many other radio outlets that rarely play his music.  Better yet, upload some of YOUR favorite music, and if enough of us like it, you'll get to hear more of the music you DO like!

...this is from big blue ball, but it's not really a peter gabriel album per se, it's more of a realworld collaborative project on which he served as producer...the artist is mis-attributed on the RP playlist and you won't find it filed under peter gabriel in most record stores, as it wasn't released under his name...

...i haven't listened to it in a few months, but if memory serves me correctly he provides vocals on two tracks...

Thanks, Bill! This is why I love RP - i.e. constantly exposing new and new-old music. :-)

I didn't realize the album existed, but I do recall hearing another track from the album ("Burn you Up, Burn you Down") here on RP some time ago. Unfortunately, that track is only available if you purchase the whole album. I listened to the samples from the other tracks. Unfortunately, not that many grab me as much as the ones with Pete. :-(

I have loved Peter Gabriel's music from way back in Genesis days. I would have loved to see him in costume singing Watcher of the Skies. But of course he's one of those great artists that has matured while staying true to his vision - the sound (and costumes!) are different but that voice, always there! And such interesting partnerships over time.
