Don't think so, Sugar.  Someone identified this as a Farfisa compact; all I know is that's too thin a sound for a Hammond B3.  Hammonds have a big throaty sound, as in deep South gospel, Jimmy Smith (jazz), or Allman Brothers first album — article here, and here.  The variable-speed rotating Leslie speaker cabinet (actually the internal speaker horns did the spinning) produces a vibrato sound when driven at high speed, and a dirty, gutter-dwelling growl when rotated slowly.  Rock/Blues players often strip away the speaker cabinet walls to expose the rotating horns, I think intentionally to mesmerize audience members that have partied a bit much.

Not that I'm an expert; just a big, big fan of their sound.  Especially that low, nasty growl.  It's mesmerized me often enough.

I'm trying to figure out if that's a cassette of a real album on the cover photo.  So far, the songs appear to read "Ghosts Don't Always Want to Come Back" and "Hippies and a Ouija Board" I think. But Google fails me.  Fake album, I guess?

When I first heard this, I thought it was "Wag the Dog" by Mark Knopfler - it has the same slow, slinky beat and sly vocals. I wish someone would upload "Wag the Dog."  It's an amusing song.  I like this one, too, though - very psychedelic-sixties. {#Bounce}
