Look, you're standing alone
(Standing alone)
However I should have known
(I should have known)
Never before, never again
You will ignore, I will pretend
Never before, never again
You will ignore, I will pretend
In your world, you're alone in your face
You're alone in your world
You're alone in your face
How, you said you never would leave me alone, how
How, you said you never would leave me alone
Now you're just walking away
(Walking away)
When you said you always would stay
(Always would stay)
Never before, never again
You will ignore, I will pretend
Never before, never again
You will ignore, I will pretend
In your world, you're alone in your face
Your alone in your world
Your alone in your face
How, you said you never would leave me alone, how
How, you said you never would leave me alone
Never before, never again
You will ignore, I will pretend
In your world, you're alone in your place
You're alone in your world
You're alone in your place
How, you said you never would leave me alone, how
How, you said you never would leave me alone
How, you said you never would leave me alone, how
How, you said you never would leave me alone
Alone

| mandolin (...drifting...) | Posted: Mar 21, 2011 - 14:24 ...hmm - in isolation, this isn't bad... ...that's surprising, because on the whole, aside from its two subtantially-more-produced single tracks, this album falls very flat to my ears... |
| dogpound (the island on which I belong) | Posted: Mar 21, 2011 - 14:23 the whole album is worth a listen. |
| Cynaera (South of Neanderthal) | Posted: Mar 21, 2011 - 14:23 I've never heard this one before, but I like it upon first listen. I'll need a few more to be sure, but we'll start with a 7 and see where it goes from there! Thanks to whoever uploaded this. |

| djengs | Posted: Mar 21, 2011 - 14:22 Interesting. Have not heard much beyond the basics for the Cranberries. Those repeated lines s at the end remind me of the Alanis Morissette line, "you told me you'd hold me until you died, but you're still alive". I'm kind of thinking in either case they thought death a perfectly OK alternative for their subject. |
