No, nothing about (how say Eddie Veder...."Nothing As It Seems"), however your exercises can be good, because can give you the opportunity to learn more about this great Man who was Carlos Paredes and his unique style and unusual to get the guitar sounds that seem to have come from the soul. One thing is certain: praise and exalt the RP for the boldness and tenacity to remind the world, from America, this great Man of Music.

It's the portuguese guitar..a small guitar with twelve strings and a distinctive pear shape..it's really beautiful, and mostly heard in fado, more rarely in instrumental work. When you do, it's usually Carlos Paredes.

Wow! I'm very surprised to hear this track here. Carlos Paredes was one of the best Portuguese guitar players from that country, here interpreting a Fado in the style of Coimbra, a region from that country. Bravo! {#Clap} (The title means literally 'song for the green years' ... an ode to youth, I presume ...)

I keep thinking this is going to turn into that acoustic version of Hotel California.  Most glad that it didn't.

What is he playing?  Bouzouki?  Tenor mandolin or something like that?

ETA: from AMG...
The Portuguese guitar is a 12-string instrument with double courses (string pairs) and a small body, similar in tone to the mandolin or Greek bouzouki.
