I'm on this page because I was pondering Radio Paradise and the tendency for songs to get excessively overplayed.  I decided to check up on this one since it's one of the biggies that comes to mind, and I see it's still in heavy rotation after almost 3 years.  So far Radio Paradise has played this 152 times since it was introduced.

I think at some point we've got to agree there's a problem.  Bill is recycling old playlists or is just not freshening up the content like he used to.  I really liked RP back in the day, but lately I've found myself more and more tuning into other stations like Dynamic Range Radio.

Wow, you must be a really heavy listener or just unlucky to be bothered by a song that is being played once every 7 days or so. Or perhaps you have too much time on your hands. This is so much less repetition than your average FM station gets away with.

I listen to RP pretty much 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, plus some weekend listening and I still find this song is fresh enough to make me want to stop what I am doing, kick back and listen.

Every now and again I wander away from RP, on a suck it and see exercise, when folks such as you offer up alternative stations. Whilst they seem fresh I have always found that I drift back to RP. I haven't tried DRR so I'll give them a go.

 Who cares? I just want to listen to good music, and Bill has been on a roll today. I would think you have bigger problems, but what do i know. Thanks for the music RP.

I'm assuming the referenced comment was meant sarcastically, but if not: 'listener abuse' - the hyperbole has finally achieved privileged status! Try changing the station, hit the PSD button, or just sit in a dark, quiet room until you realize you're not a special flower, just a walking sack of tripe like the rest of us. Oh, and have a nice day!

To milleronic: {#Clap}  {#High-five}

Wow! You're totally right, this song is amazing now.  Don't know how I didn't see it before.  Both musically and lyrically this is now the best song I've ever heard!  Must have been that time I spent in a dark quiet room.  Anyways thanks for the tip buddy and I hope this message finds you well.

No need for hallucination - Fever Ray is the solo venture of Karin Dreijer, half of the Knife. The other is Olof Dreijer (aka DJ Coolof), her brother. New material coming soon, I hear! {#Mrgreen}
