Who's the boy you like the most?
Is he teasing you with underage?
Could he be waving from a tropical sunset?
Static silhouette somehow?
Single in his bed someday?
Quiet till it fall, fall, falls
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Focus looking forward the Colosseum
Oh no, what did I say? What can I say?
Rome, Rome, many tears have fallen
Here I'll be driving, you look the other way
That ain't easy to ignore
When your shutters open all the way
When it's candlelight I see I go insane
Distant silhouette somehow
We shared a cigarette somewhere
Addict till it fall, fall, falls
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Focus looking forward the Colosseum
Oh no, what did I say? What can I say?
Rome, Rome, many tears have fallen
Here I'll be driving, you look the other way
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Always and forevermore
I call to say I'm on the way
2000 years remain in a trash can
Let burn the cigarette somewhere
Ashes till it fall, fall, falls
I stand outside under broken leaves
I know I can't do without
The future's trying to wait
I've never loved you
If I loved you
I wouldn't say that I'm sorry oh no
I stand outside under broken leaves
Always and forevermore
We're together dead and lonely
I thought I couldn't do this without you
Single in his bed somewhere
Ashes till it fall, fall, falls
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
''Oh no, what did I say?''
''What can I say?''
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
Rome, Rome, Rome, Rome
| krysthal (Toronto, Canada) | Posted: Mar 13, 2012 - 14:54 Catchy yes, and I really like it. A mix of a bunch of different musical styles, and I can hear a lot of different groups in there. Not sure why there are so many haters out there. |
| fredriley (Nottingham, UK) | Posted: Mar 13, 2012 - 14:49 Catchy but irritating, the sort of song that could easily become an 'earworm', so best mute for the sake of sanity even though it's not a bad toon in itself. |
| ziakut (Unmoon) | Posted: Feb 10, 2012 - 20:31 Bombs away! I actually like this tune. There's an appeal about it...perhaps the instrumental breaks are intriguing...with the Death Cab type piano interludes. This is really pleasant...and pleasant can be a good thing. |

| lathyris (Houston, TX) | Posted: Nov 07, 2011 - 13:31 Ahh, the band who liberally uses "copy/paste" to fill out their albums. I was wondering when they'd find their repetitive way onto RP. |
| Byronape (Snorkeling in the River Styx) | Posted: Oct 07, 2011 - 01:20 I'm going to have to dig this album out at some time in the near future, I don't think I gave it a fair shake the first time around. |
| gregler (Chile) | Posted: Sep 05, 2011 - 15:09 This is probably one of the most uplifting and positive albums i have. Enjoyed best on a carefree sunny day.. |

| drews (London, Blighty) | Posted: Jan 28, 2011 - 06:42 New experience this one and sounding fresh and interesting, mix of indie and synth, abit quirky and reminds me of the "woodentops" for some reason |

| Photo-John (Nor Cal to SLC) | Posted: Oct 25, 2010 - 13:46 Does not sound like Slayer. Mute. |
| chyk5 (Florida) | Posted: Sep 29, 2010 - 09:13 I bought this CD after seeing them on SNL and was indifferent after a couple of listens. I need to listen again-this song is great. |

| moonajohannes (Bonn/Germany) | Posted: Aug 03, 2010 - 18:51 Well, I've seen Phoenix in Munich a long time ago and still it's an outstanding brilliant band I'll never forget. ![]() |
| peter_james_bond (The Burg) | Posted: Aug 03, 2010 - 18:35 Nice to hear this on RP. Several people, including me, tried to upload 1901 from this CD, but all attempts were rejected. |
| haresfur | Posted: Jul 29, 2010 - 22:48 My ex-punk nephew gave this CD to me. I don't know if that means he is mellowing more than I thought or if he considers me beyond hope. Listomania got a fair bit of airplay on Australian radio. Pop, but catchy, happy, not sappy pop and that isn't a bad thing. |
| nalle (Malmo, Sweden) | Posted: Jul 27, 2010 - 09:29 Not so bad! |
| davin (Victoria, British Columbia) | Posted: Jul 27, 2010 - 09:28 There is niceness here |
