I'm very good with plants…
I'm not sure who covered whom but I like this and the Fever Ray version for completely different reasons.

Nice track all round. The acoustic guitar reminds me of similar fast picking on nylon strings in Leonard Cohen's Stranger Song.

For me this just kind of meanders as if they were absent-mindedly performing.

So much good music coming from Scandawegia these days.  Can't stop playing their album The Lion's Roar in my car lately.

Oh... that was a very good song. Had to buy it on iTunes. Thank you, Bill.

You know, I have been making mixed-tapes (mixed-CDs) for my fiancee since I met her. After two years, I am working on number 8 now, and this song will be on it. Your radio station has been a source and an inspiration for those mixed tapes, which are one reason I was able to win her heart. I do have enough self esteem to think that that was not the main reason. But nevertheless, thank you, Bill, for that great music you play....

OK, usually I'm drawn to quirky covers of mainstream songs...

...but a mainstream cover of a quirky tune ?  Interesting....

{#Lol} That's bad for your health, mate. Me, I think both are damn good, and that this is a good cover which adds a certain something to replace the quirky Karin Dreijer Andersson voice. 8 from the Nottingham jury.

Wow instant hit with me - must have been almost 4 bars in before i decided.  I gotta say people I went back to check out Fever Ray.  Now maybe its because I heard this one first, maybe because I think the vocals are massively superior and maybe its because of my intense hatred of crappy drum machine style beats but I'm swinging out the other way and looking for a pasting as i say that this cover is way better than the Fever Ray jobbie.
