Not bad on first listen.

Doubt it will ever be one of my all-time favourites, but will be interesting to see how I feel about it after a few more listens.

Put me in the "Beatles did everything that needed to be done in pop music while featuring either a tuba or an accordion" category. And now that I think about it, I can't recall any Beatles tune that even features an accordion.
