I paced. The entire length of the cage. Until I truly heard the song, and it calmed me. As my breathing slowed, I considered a spot to stretch out on. No, not that one, but this one. Calm now. Eyes half closed as the sun warms me.

I saw these guys (and gal) perform in Maastricht (Netherlands). Great band, all multi-instrument-players.

The theme of their album seems to be the great depression (which one is up to you to decide), and the performance was accompanied by beautiful images.

I saw these guys open for Radiohead last week in Atlanta. I'd never heard of them before. They were excellent. Their sound was a lot "bolder" live than on CD, just based on what I've heard. Kind of like The Fleet Foxes on steroids. But based on what I heard, an excellent band.
