| Eul0gy (A Little To The Left) | Posted: Oct 28, 2003 - 22:22 i thanked god when i noticed that the beach boys were no longer played on any corporate radio stations.... then, i forgot that they even exsisted, and it was good. little did i know they would jump out of obscurity and remind me of how bad they are/were/will always be. the beach boys are the embodiment of pop, useless fluff that is neither original nor emotional, just formulas rehashed. |
| reviep (Guelph, ON) | Posted: Oct 08, 2003 - 11:04 Not exactly eclectic, is it? |
| bdmorgan72 (Greenville, IL) | Posted: Oct 08, 2003 - 10:58 This is crappy music, no matter how happy and tan it might make you feel. |

| oldpew (somewhere in West Virginia) | Posted: Aug 18, 2003 - 11:48 Legal trivia-- Chuck Berry sued the Boys when this song came out for ripping the tune from his "Sweet Little Sixteen". Supposedly the settlrment was that Chuck gets a piece of the royalties everytime this song is played/purchased, whatever. Way to go, Chuck! :2dancingbananas: |

| palexis (Palo Alto, CA) | Posted: Jul 08, 2003 - 15:30 Maybe .001% of the world's population has ever surfed, but it's probably in the consciousness of more than 25%, and this song has greatly contributed to this. |
