"Ahead" is a little misleading. Trump has 24 points in the latest polls vs. 12 for second place Scott Walker. This isn't a majority, it's just the biggest in a crowded field.

I'd bet money that he never gets past 30%, and that his latest 15 minutes is about over.

It also wouldn't surprise me if most of his polling support is among political cartoonists and late-night tv show comics.

I'm inclined to agree - and hope we're right.

This just goes back to the assumption that rich people are smart. The old "If you're so smart, why ain't you rich?" joke really rings true with a lot of people. See also: Ross Perot.
Ross Perot: "I got 3 Billion dollars!*"
Don Trump: “I’m really rich!”

*Paraphrase because I can't find the quote on Perot, but Trump did say that.

What % of the businesses he's owned is that?I'd say he's just a tad more successful than you or I.

And this is how much attention I pay or care-in God's honest truth,I don't even know what party he belongs to.I assume it has to be the Republicans but none of it really matters.

Whoever the next President is going to be was determined about 5 years ago,and there isn't anything anyone can do about it except beat their fellow victims of a failed system up.

 And that helps.

Not that I'd vote for either(or any) one.I learned my lesson in 2008.Thank God I will soon be able to put that horrible mistake behind me and try to forgive myself for my idiocy.

It's not worth it and "they" have electronic voting anyway.

100% of the country could vote for somebody and any guy would win if that's what the "Powers that be" wanted.

To think otherwise is infantile.

Using the gas to go vote in a pre determined election is a win for the energy companies.
