I am trying to find a source for goat milk locally so I can go back to making my own yogurt. Most all the commercial "goat" yogurts and cheeses are really made mostly from cow milk with tapioca added to make it taste like goat. Most have no goat products in them at all ...
Mag has to make her own bread as well. It's actually not too bad, I have a little every now and then. Like you, there is very little in this world that she can eat without getting sick.

Years ago, I was the dairy buyer at a Whole Foods in Chapel Hill; we used to get fresh goat milk and yogurt from a guy whose farm was somewhere around Roanoke. I can't remember the name, and that's probably about 90 miles from you anyhow. *edit: There is a goat farm called Sleepy Goat, pretty close to you, across the NC border, off of Route 86, but it looks like they may only sell the cheeses, not the milk.

Finally, the family asks that in honor of Harry that you write your Congressman and ask for the repeal of Day Light Saving Time. Harry wanted everyone to get back on the Lord's Time.
