More than he, honey... you need a subject pronoun there... as for people griping about Obama being president, the choice was quite simple... during a subprime mortgage crisis, would we want to vote for one of the Keating Five for president? Duh... we'll go with the black guy...
Yeah, I caught that afterward. Shouldn't be more than is does, anyway?

A typical response from an America-hater supporter. We call that type of response a Pee-Wee Herman. Puerile, unintelligent and lame.

I am not talking "kumbya stuff" and embracing it plus you seemed to take my mention of nuclear out of context. Let's say no one responded to its first post just everyone completely ignored it. It would be gone. Instead every comment made in response to it has only increased its lifespan in this community. When these types appear we would serve the community by making them invisible by ignoring them from the start until Bill has a chance to boot them. We all do agree it is hateful and should be gone. But I think we will probably end up agreeing to disagree how that is best accomplished.

The speech is hateful, ugly and I want no part of it. But you are feeding the flames of it's hateful attitude. Your comments towards it will only strengthen it's deluded self image no matter how true they are.
I never said hate speech was ok we just feel differently on how to deal with it. Look how angry and frustrated this insignificant piss ant has made you. It has accomplished its goal.
It's like one of those sci-fi films where they are trying to destroy the monster with nuclear weapons only to find out it feeds on nuclear weapons. Fighting it with it's own rhetoric only makes it stronger.

Beaker wrote: So your advice to the many who find this person's posts and attitude deeply offensive, is to grow a thicker skin?
In this example, I strongly disagree.
While there is value in exposing a general audience to the different attitudes and ideas of those who think differently or very differently than that expressed by a so called 'majority', hate speech clearly crosses the line.
To use a different example, should it be okay to spew venom at African-Americans - just so long as one doesn't use the word 'nigger'?
Extreme haters should be extinguished, regardless of how polite and flowery their words might come across.

While this is true for many a troll, it is risking the health of an online community to apply such a policy in this case, IMO, of course. Certain kinds of trolls MUST be squashed promptly and with extreme prejudice. This is one such type.
It should be killed now - so it will not consume our thoughts any longer. Failure to do so will cause anguish among some - witness the impact of Exo on certain members here. Lessons not learned are opportunities lost forever.

Damn if I don't agree with you. It was not going to go away. In fact, I would be surprised if it don't back. It would be the 1st time I have ever advocated removal, but seemed like an extreme case to me with nothing to gain by leaving it be.
If he hasn't crossed the line already, he will - Bill knows what he won't have around here, and, although pretty forgiving, the judgment is fair and final, and the execution is swift - even joe gave up, eventually.
