Now I sometimes let Zachary out somewhat more on his own. I'll stand on the porch or driveway, but I don't walk with him.

Result? He runs off and poops in the woods. Our woods - not anyone else's property. And that's all well and good until I want to talk in our woods.

Arguing with a Verizon representative about lowering the FiOS price since it ended on the 19th. I got the original package, slowest speed 3/1 with free installation, for $59.99 less $20 for initial price and another $20 for the introduction so it was only costing me $19.99/month.

So after the run around he said I'll be paying $39.99/month cause the $20/month initial package continues for 24 months. After this he's telling me that the initial price of $59.99 no longer exists and is at $69.99 now and who knows what it will be next year. I said to him that for $79.99/month I can get TV/Phone/internet. No comment.

I knew I was going to get the shaft when the online rep kept telling me don't worry about it, you're getting a great deal.

This phone rep was really arrogant and when the call me with the survey I'm going to let them know. All they want to do is screw you out of every penny they can.
