Hold on honey, there's a new dawn coming
and a big bird to sweep you away

Are you born yet? Are you listening?
Are you sick of staring at the walls?

Are you hungry? Are you angry?
Are you wondering if there's anyone at all?

Hold on honey there's a new dawn coming
and a big bird to sweep you away
Keep on dreaming soon there'll be a reason
to see it through one more day

Are you weary? Are you sinking?
Are you tired of holding up the walls?

Are you done with all your thinking?
Have you found that there's no one at all?

Hold on honey there's a new dawn coming
and a big bird to sweep you away
Keep on dreaming soon there'll be a reason
to see it through one more day

Ain't got no answers here
What I see is not clear
Time to shake it around
Turn my world upside down
and watch as the stars come unhinged

Hold on honey there's a new dawn coming
and a big bird to sweep you away
Keep on dreaming soon there'll be a reason
to see it through one more day

Hold on honey there's a new dawn coming
and a big bird to sweep us away
Keep on dreaming soon there'll be a reason
to see it through one more day

Are you born yet?

7 > 8. I like those drums and that melody hook more.
just saw the CJs at the beautiful and majestic Crest Theater in Sacramento last week...magnificent show!
Thank you William so nice to hear this.
Love the sweeping, undulating bass line.
Ahhhh...Margo on a warm Florida morning
Not my favorite CJ, but anything by them is nice.
Nice bass work--telltale Rickenbacker tone.
Nice song!  Haven't heard this before, but I am digging it.

Everybody in my church loves this marvelous song...

Am I bored yet?... Yes.

Hi
Wherefore art thou Romeo?
Grace Slick would be proud of her legacy as this is very clearly a tribute to JA at their best

Ooh! Another song influenced by The Beatles' Tomorrow Never Knows...? Nice.

Isn't nearly the whole psychedelic rock genre and its post-genre in that category?

Me likes!
Psychedelic Cowboy Junkies!! I love it! {#Devil_pimp}

I was thinking "the Association" on massive doses of steroids.

...but who am I to comment and why am I asking you?
Most serious.

love the junkies but this song is totally lacking the normal harmony, sublimity, angst... seems more like a bill-payer

I have a deep lust for Margo, but most of their songs sound like minor variations on the ''lonesome whippoorwill'' theme.
Ive loved the Junkies from their first album, this was such a different sound to me, I adored it from first listen, and this tour was, amazing I enjoy this song lots S
Lovely sound mmmmmmmmmmmmm
