Yes ma'am. If it wernt for great artists like Muddy doin his thing, there wouldn't have been no Stevie Ray Vaughn or Jimi or .....ok all right....the sound was there long before Muddy, but Muddy helped it along alright.

I agree. I have a version on a compilation of Willie Dixon compositions, and they had Muddy singing this song on it, and it seemed a lot more raw, and a lot more urgent. I liked that version better. But, we are splitting hairs here. This is a great song by a great artist.
