Feyd Rautha. Everything about that version of Dune sucks including that bit of gimmick casting. Check out the Sci Fi Channel's Dune miniseries, now THEY got it right.
just saw Sting live in a 3,000 seat theater...this song brought me to tears.

Have to disagree about such a broad statement. I can understand how we can feel a bit "betrayed" from not being able to find out what The Police might have done had they been able to get along - which by the way, is another reason the Stones and U2 and even the Who deserve credit in this regard - staying together to put out a growing and evolving body of work.
Unfortunately Sting did leave and so we only get half (not a third, but not three quarters either) of what could have been. Like the individual Beatles, even the most talented/creative, Sting has put out solo music that has merit, some certainly ranking with the best of the Police.
So I try to keep my mind open because you still might hear bits of that greatness here and there.
This song, which is nearly ten years old now, is one of Sting's lyrics; and the matching music works well too.
I espcially like this live version being played here at Radio Paradise. This sounds very, very good, Bill. (perfect "mid-day" vibe.)
