They don't eat, don't sleep, they don't feed, they don't seethe.
Bare their gums when they moan and squeak.
Lick the dirt off a larger one's feet.
They don't push, don't crowd.
Congregate until they're much too loud.
Fuck to procreate till they are dead.
Drink the blood of their so-called best friend.

They don't scurry when something bigger comes their way.
Don't pack themselves together and run as one.
Don't shit where they're not supposed to.
Don't take what's not theirs, they don't compare.

They don't scam, don't fight.
Don't oppress an equals given rights.
Starve the poor so they can be well-fed.
Line their holes with the dead one's bread.

They don't scurry when something bigger comes their way.
Don't pack themselves together and run as one.
Don't shit where they're not supposed to.
Don't take what's not theirs, they don't compare.

They don't scurry when something bigger comes their way.
Don't pack themselves together and run as one.
Don't shit where they're not supposed to.
Don't take what's not theirs, they don't compare.

Rats... they don't compare.
Rats... they don't compare.
Ben, the two of us need look no more.
Ben, the two of us need look no more.
Ben, the two of us need look no more.
Ben, the two of us need look no more.

A pipefitter who worked on the killn' floor doing that!?

I've never heard this before. It's pretty good.
I'd well forgotten about this bugger! Ok, not the most amazing song ever but it reminded me of having greasy hair and thumb holes in my long sleeve alice in chains t-shirt! Good times! {#Dance}
Every now and then, you remember that grunge came out of the tail end of the 80's....

I knew it was Eddie right away, but didn't recognize the song — checked the link an viola, this CD has been gathering moss in my collection — probably since I bought it — may have to rethink/replay this one. I don't recall it hitting me this hard all those years ago... ...this is pretty damn good stuff! You go PJ... and you too RP... YEAH!{#Drummer}

Always thought Eddie was channeling his inner Michael Franti on this song during the opening verses... Franti, of course, was living the high life with 'Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy' back in those days... 'California Uber Alles!'.....   ahhh memories...

Thanks Radio Paradise... now I have to pull this album out of storage and risk an allergy attack from blowing the dust off to re-listen to this album. Thanks.
One of my favorite tracks off what I still think is PJ's best ablum (only Riot Act comes close IMO)... I played this thing into the ground when younger and I'm still excited to hear this!

Friday office party!!!!{#Bananajam}
{#Dancingbanana}
Pearl Jam NOT sounding like over-played "Better Man".

Sh-yay! {#Drummer}
luv it ad infinitum!
Oddball comment of the day ... wondering what it would sound like if Pearl Jam covered a Steppenwolf song ... like mayber Monster? I think it would be cool. LOL. Hey, Eddie if you're out there ...
I really didn't give PJ their due back in the day, because I was so into Nirvana and Soundgarden. You know what? I really like them now, how fun! I get to listen to all their old stuff with new, more accepting, ears. Well, my ears are older but my appreciation is new-er. you know what i mean
Going to see them tonight at the Colonial Center in Colatown SC...looking foward to it....
HOLY CRAP! Thx so much for playing this!

Ooooh, good to hear this on RP.
