I didn't know there was such a deep-seeded hatred of Creed but the comments leave little doubt.
I think it's more likely a hatred of their religion, or more precisely a hatred of God. This comment says it all:

I thought it was okay, but I don\'t hear a cover of a Doors song and think \'blasphemy\'. The listener comments were hilarious though! I didn\'t know there was such a deep-seeded hatred of Creed but the comments leave little doubt.

At the risk of incurring the wrath of most of the previous posters here, I have to say I thought this was a decent cover. Agreed, it\'s not as good as the original, but I\'ve heard the original so many times on the classic rock stations anyway, so it\'s nice to hear something a little different for a change. Guess I haven\'t listened to enough commercial radio lately to develop an appropriate hatred for Creed. :p

So Stapp sounds a lot like Morrison. Big Deal. I hate Creed with a passion. They're just doing the same thing Pearl Jam has been doing for years. Only they sound like amateurs with no talent.
